Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during the warranty period. This limited warranty applies only to the chair’s mechanical components, including the mechanism, hydraulics, wheels, base, castors, and hardware such as screws and nuts. The warranty is valid only when the chair is used under normal household or office conditions.

Upholstery, fabric, leather, and surface coverings are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Period

  • 12 months domestic warranty is provided on all spare parts of the chairs.
  • Covered spare parts include mechanism, hydraulic system, wheels, base, and castors.

Rights & Restrictions

  • Replacement or return is not provided under any circumstances after purchase.
  • Only spare parts replacement is applicable for repair purposes during the warranty period.
  • Original invoice is mandatory and must be presented at the time of service or repair.
  • Warranty service will be provided only after verification of the invoice and product condition.

Warranty Does Not Apply In Case Of

  • Damage caused due to usage beyond the intended purpose of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear during the natural course of usage.
  • Cuts, scratches, dents, or damages caused by impact, mishandling, or accidents.
  • Products that are incorrectly assembled, installed improperly, or used inappropriately.
  • Damage caused due to improper cleaning methods or use of unsuitable cleaning products.
  • Any damages not reported within 7 days of delivery of the chair.

General Condition

Decowell Chair reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim. The company’s decision regarding warranty service shall be final.
